How do I renew my license with the State?

You will renew your WA license through the National Insurance Producers Registry (NIPR).

In order to renew a license in WA State, 24 hours of Continuing Education including 3 hours of ethics are required to be completed. To renew please go to

Required for license renewals

 

When you renew your license, you’ll need to provide:

  • License number or National Producer Number (if previously licensed)
  • Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Date of birth (individuals)
  • Applicant, licensee, license, residency type
  • Electronic payment method: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, electronic check
